Our Corporate Finance team targets medium-sized deals, which are traditionally overlooked by the leading global investment banking groups. We are also forming research partnerships with leading technology groups in the world to offer services to corporate issuers and investors. We foresee very promising business prospects from Taiwanese, Singaporean and Mainland Chinese related companies seeking spin-offs on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to enable easier access to a broader range of international institutional investors.
